Kasasa Kick for Cash Was a Huge Success
Miamisburg, OH – Farmers & Merchants Bank wanted to make the Miamisburg High School football games a little more interesting this year and at the same time promote their Kasasa Checking product. During each home game a random drawing was held among all in attendance for the opportunity to try to kick a 35 yard field goal during half time. President and CEO, Shon Myers, of Farmers & Merchants Bank wanted to make sure the school was a winner so the prize for a successful kick was $1,000 to the kicker and another $1,000 to the Miamisburg High School Athletic Department. Several contestants came close but were not able to win the prize. During the last home game the bank surprised Miamisburg High School Athletic Director, Jason Osborne, by giving him two field goal attempts worth $1,000 each to raise money for the school. Being caught off guard he had to quickly step up. The first kick did not go so well but Mr. Osborne was able to make the second kick winning $1,000 for the school and sending the fans into a frenzy.
