A message from our Cheer Coaches,
Just wanted to touch base with everyone during these uncharted times.  We will have cheer tryouts as soon as we are able to meet in groups.  No one knows a time yet, but hopefully sooner than later.
Please stay conditioned during this time off.
Suggestions:
Walk/ run 20 min
3 sets 15 burpees
3 sets 100 jumping jacks
3 sets 60 sec wall sits
3 sets 10 push-ups
5 min abs
3 sets 1 min plank
Stretches
